History
My marriage and family therapy career began in 2008 when I began studying how relationships impact health and wellbeing. I started my career in Charlotte, NC where I opened C3 Therapy. My family and I moved to Minneapolis, MN in 2019. I continue to see NC residents virtually along with seeing clients here in the Twin Cities.

Therapist Bio
Owner
Lyndsey
I’ve always been incredibly curious and interested in people’s stories. I love meeting new couples and individuals and helping them develop more awareness and insight. I lean heavily into emotional work and helping folks figure out the “why” behind their thoughts and behaviors. I believe exploring and developing more awareness and language about our emotions helps us connect more fully to ourselves, partners, families and friends.
Potential clients often ask, what is therapy with you like?
My current clients describe our work together as thought provoking, warm, filled with humor, compassion, safety and connection. My clients learn about their emotions and their attachment styles and how these things show up in their relationships and work. We talk about hard things and learn how to tolerate hard things.
A Little more about me
I am a wife, mother, sister and daughter. I am extremely passionate about my family and spend most of my free time with my partner, kids, sisters, and parents. When I am not in the office you can find me in carpool lines, having coffee with my sisters, finding fun places to eat with my partner, at a concert, or traveling around the states to cool cities or parks.
